By using DealsFriday (https://dealsfriday.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The Service

DealsFriday is an information service. We list coupon codes, deals, and discount offers from third-party merchants. We don't sell or fulfil products ourselves — when you use a code, you're transacting with the merchant, not with us.

3. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to verify every coupon and keep listings current. That said:

Codes can expire, change, or be withdrawn by the merchant without notice.
Discount amounts shown are based on the merchant's standard pricing at the time we tested.
Restrictions (minimum spend, new-user only, specific products) are described to the best of our understanding but always check the merchant's terms before purchase.

Always confirm the discount in your cart before completing checkout. We're not responsible for codes that fail to apply at the merchant's site.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Many links on DealsFriday are affiliate links. When you click a link and complete a purchase, we may earn a commission from the merchant. This costs you nothing extra. We disclose this on every page footer and in our Affiliate Disclosure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, copy, or republish our content without written permission.
Use automated tools to extract data from the site.
Attempt to break, hack, or overload our servers.
Submit fake or stolen coupon codes through our submission process.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Intellectual Property

Original content on DealsFriday — page copy, images we created, our logo, our codebase — is owned by us and protected by copyright. Brand names and merchant logos are property of their respective owners and used here for descriptive purposes only.

7. Third-Party Sites

Our links take you to third-party merchant sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or actions. Once you leave DealsFriday, the merchant's terms and privacy policies apply to your transaction.

8. No Warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running, accurate, and secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealsFriday is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or denied discounts. Your sole remedy if you're unhappy with the site is to stop using it.
